During the recent closed beta period, some major milestones were completed including several bug fixes and suggestions made by beta testers. Most notably, one of the hurdles holding SEO Tools from public release was a well tested method of synchronizing SEO features across the numerous supported third-party addons, if they are installed some time afterwards.
SEO Tools can now effortlessly detect and synchronize with addons such as Xenforo Media Gallery or Resource Manager immediately as they are installed, allowing you to configure SEO options in these (and more!) addons right from the start.
Next, a few suggestions were made to move the SEO fields into their own tabbed section, or to use a collapsible form area for less clutter. Tests are going well in using the collapsible option, after deciding that moving meta fields into their own tab disconnects the user with seeing the original title and description fields.
Lastly, new types of Recommendations are being introduced which should be released in a future update, such as counting & linking to all exceeded SEO title & description fields for easy correction.
