Due to some of the recent optimizations, the Featured Content carousel/widgets may load in before proper CSS styling is in place, causing a flash in layout change.

Preventative measures will be added to ensure featured content is hidden in all cases until styling is present.

Now fixed in incoming theme updates for Xenforo 2.2.1.
