Returns and Refund Policy

Digital products

Refunds shall be given at the discretion of Nulumia. Note that refunds shall not be granted once the software has been downloaded. Nulumia also reserves the right to refuse a refund based on incompatibility with third-party software other than the initial program the product was designed for as well as any modification done to said design.

The condition(s) that must be met for a refund are as follows:

  • You are unable to retrieve the product after purchasing
  • You have purchased a product for a platform other than which intended but have not yet downloaded the product
  • Request a refund by email within 14 days of original purchase
